Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All transactions on the 55r15 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods including TNG eWallet, FPX, Maybank2u, and CIMB Clicks. 55r15 does not cover any fees charged by third-party payment providers; users are responsible for understanding any applicable charges imposed by their banks or digital wallet providers.
Withdrawals will be processed to bank accounts or digital wallets registered by users during account verification. 55r15 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering procedures.
- Withdrawals can only be made to verified accounts under the same user name.
- 55r15 reserves the right to suspend processing of suspicious transactions pending investigation.
- Erroneous or unauthorized deposits must be reported to support within 24 hours.
- Account balances inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to management fees as per current policies.

In case of account closure due to term breaches, 55r15 may withhold funds until investigations are completed. Users may also voluntarily close their accounts by contacting customer support.
